I’m Grace, a South Korean CX designer specializing in systems modernization through sound service design principles. As a recent graduate at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, I've published  my thesis centered around the notions of family, death, and the urban space with an interdisciplinary design team. User-centered design, assistive technology, and transportation GUIs are my personal passions. Work aside, I'm always on the lookout to build a kinder, more interconnected global community.
